Paper Notes Mortgage

I have a first mortgage and second, we need a note for both.?

I am trying to refinance both in a 30yr fixed. The bank wants a copy of the note on the second mortgage. I looked through all my papers and settlement can not find it. I suppose there should be, how can I get a copy of it. Which branch of the judiciary would it have been filed?

The lender may send or your business title, these two are easier and cheaper than obtaining a copy from the courts. Most real estate agents can print too, at least in CA, they print directly from the tax rolls, but there are fees for documents.
