Mortgage Underwriting Processor

Really confused about the home buying process?

My husband and I have been pre-approved for 125,000. On 24 December we made an offer on a house for 113,000 and the sellers accepted it that day. We have given our earnest money, shot in the verification of income, to our credit report ran, had income verification, the assessment at home, the title search, inspection, is an estimate good faith, obtained insurance. We home owners said that all their loans are processed locally, subscribed, and closed by their own company. Heres my question of a loan processor collected all our information that the Branch manger told us we need (the Director branch is the lady we work with) now that all this goes a subscriber? Is a loan processor for the same quality of underwriter and how long does it whether our mortgage is approved. They also had checked my husbands job, hes been with for 15 years until the army Now we use the VA loan

Dear Army wife, a processor is the assistant. In general, they make sure that all documents are accurate and complete. The insurer is a person who goes on all the documents to ensure that the logical framework for the financial lender and the investor potential may sell the loan too much or if they do not own the house. You are most likely dealing with a loan officer. It could be the manager of a banker. With a VA loan, you should have no problem. Congratulations And give your husband a big hug and a thank you from me!
