Mortgage Broker Jobs Mortgage Broker Jobs
Are we not here of course being a mortgage broker?

I was wondering because my mother told me that it is a work of the Nice - hours and income and that stuff. But I'm really interested in learning more about it. Things like annual income, hours, experience, requirments, how many years of college or classes needed to take, so please if you know something I want to hear what you have to say about it. thank you so much! =]

Firstly, a good command of English is an asset. Spelling is good too. But seriously, it is difficult sometimes for long hours, odd hours, and these days a real challange because the industry is in a situation downturn.Everyone wants to go to make a buck quickly, but it is a vocation, a serious work to find a good niche and learn everything you can from your mentors and industry itself. There are few careers today that can be as rewarding to work smart and hard as a mortgage broker / loan officer.Continuing education and a license from the state is necessary for background checks also in most regions. You can expect to make higher wages on average once you pass the mark.If 6 months you do not solve other peoples problems, or think outside the box, or studying new processes and programs or documents, NOT a apply.Find for your region and just slide in and ask someone to show you the business they run and I am sure they will happy to give you a lap ahead. Attention may well become a habit! I have been in business for 41 years now. Go!
