Can a spouse with no properties under his/her name avail of the First Time Home Buyers Loan?

Other spouse purchased a house before marriage.

If you are the only who’s name will be on the loan then yes you can. If your spouse is going to be on the loan as well then I believe they cannot have owned property for the last 3 years.
