Calculator Mortgage

How accurate these calculators mortgage when it comes to how much your monthly payment will be?
I'm looking to buy a house and the estate agency that I'm looking at a mortgage calculator on their website. Here are the numbers. Home Prices: $ 100,000 cash: 5000 Duration of loan: 30 years Interest rate: 5% of the monthly payment is: $ 510 … How accurate does this sound. Is this what I'll pay month?
These figures are accurate for the financing of 95,000 for 30 years at 5%. Calculators are as accurate as the numbers you feed them. Much of them do not include things like PMI, homeowners' insurance and other items you may have to put on deposit. Not Remember that you'll probably have to pay for evaluations, inspections and closing costs.
